I am hard working at every job I have ever had, I am extremely determined to get the job done on time and done right, I am a big believer in communication and team work otherwise any job is hard to Complete properly and on time. I really love to learn and improve on everything and anything I am willing to give everything a try. I am very organised person which has worked really well with my previous administration and data entry positions. I would look forward to improving in the administration industry. I was a Passionate toddler room team leader, I was responsible for 6 Staff member's, 33 children. Duties included keeping all children and staff safe and happy. A big part of being in a team is having great communication with your staff and the families building relationship's. Getting to know each individual child that way i could get an understanding of how each child learns.

My latest experiences have taught me how to enrol children in childcare centres dealing while dealing with families from all backgrounds and family situations.
