I am an experienced educator with 23 years experience in Schools. Starting my career in re-engagement programs for at-risk youth (SMYL), I developed extensive skills in parent communication, trust-building, and guiding students to graduation or completion of VET pathways. For the past 11 years, I have worked in Drama and the Arts at Wesley College, directing major productions, delivering vocational courses & endorsed porgrams, curating student-focused exhibitions, and contributing strongly to pastoral care by building lasting rapport with students. I am actively involved in reconciliation, gender equality, and Indigenous education, and during holiday periods have worked with Clontarf Aboriginal College, Banskia Hill Detention Centre, and the Kapalulangu Women’s Law and Culture Centre. I bring strong capability in orchestrating both large- and small-scale events, most recently serving as Tour Manager for the 2024 New York Arts Tour. Recognised for student-centred teaching, cultural leadership, and the ability to foster creativity, trust, and confidence in young people.
