  • Covering a maternity contract, this was a senior complex role between 2 hotels leading a team in which I was responsible for aspects of HR within Sheraton Grand Mirage Surfers Paradise and Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa
  • This role was covering HR functions for 550 employees
  • Performance Management including coaching managers/employees and getting involved with performance issues from warnings through to termination
  • Leading and guiding the HR team for workplace issues and general day to day advice on situations with employees
