I greeted all patrons at entry to where they wanted to sit. Gave Menu. after seated arranged drinks, offered Chefs specials and answer any questions, took orders. all drinks arrive together. I also ensure all meals are hot when served at SAME TIME. MY SERVICE SKILLS OFFERED AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWARDED FOR & was very proud of this. Carried it into all aspects of any jobs I performed.

I started from scratch, using a computer program to connect with my phone. I called back leads from the previous day and followed up on return calls. I emailed completed jobs and hot leads to the sales team, ultimately boosting sales by over $60,000 in new business. My bosses and I were thrilled with the results. I’m passionate about providing exceptional service and enjoy engaging with people. Each afternoon, I submitted a report detailing my calls and leads ready to buy.

Ran the store alone daily budgets, banking, floats, cashing up, hiring, timetables, previewing product, ordering for our store, also for a small buying group invoicing & arranging delivery of product & display of store. store security. cashing up arcade games as well.

The owners of Australian Choice also owned the Sock Shop in same complex so I also did Thursday nights & some Saturdays (& on call) there.

I managed all aspects of the daily open & running of the store. from ordering all stock, hiring ~& timetables. Ensured all movies where invoiced & collected from my buying group. the slot games as only 2 fitted had to be very choosy what went there. learnt so much. the responsibility of all monies where accounted for changeover or close all came out without discrepancies .

Started here when the business was still in 1st year so had a lot to do with making changes to improve daily running of store. I did everything. opening store, balancing daily takings, reviewing movies to order. Went to red carpet events to mingle with peers. Ordered for other stores so I priced invoiced `& delivered there movies. Taught me a lot. ran & cashed out & banked the 3 arcade games. movie & displaying store differently to revamp some products & selling New releases after st 3-5 weeks, negotiating, hunting down back catalogue, sometimes hunting through hundreds of black catalogue for a specific title.
