I am currently working in a nursing home my duties are cleaner and laundry hand and can sometimes assist in the kitchen.

I promote a high standard of cleaning and use commercial cleaning products.

I also implement infection control for high traffic areas.I also wash dry and fold and putaway resistant clothing.

I use industrial washing machines and dryers.

I also assist in the main kitchen doing dishes using dishwasher making sandwiches salads and sweets.I have been at this job for 15 years current position.

Showered and dressed residents attended to other hygiene teeth etc.

Attended at meal times feeding residents and helping them drink fluids.

Reported any incidents to the RN on duty.

Recorded documentation EG careplans and toileting and bowl charts.

I packed different varieties of potato's on a sorting production line i had to sort through them and get rid of the rotten ones also the different shapes and to little potatoes.It was a fast paced job and had to keep up with my team members.

I worked efficiently and kept a clean work environment.

Assisted working on a production line cutting up salmon and packing into cans.

Fast paced environment as we were timed on how many cans we could pack in a time limit.Worked collaboratively in a large team environment.

Assisted in vineyard work by picking grapes and sorting them.

Pruning vines back removing dead weak diseased shoots back to improve space and resources for healthier shoots to grow.

Also did vineyard training to for cones to promote new shoots.

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the nursing home.

Using appropriate cleaning techniques and chemicals.

Assisted in organising cleaning schedules to keep track of our routine and tasks.

Communicated with nursing staff to address cleaning needs promptly.
