An opportunity for a secondment presented itself early in my tenure with Youi. I consider myself fortunate to have been given such an amazing opportunity.

During the familiarisation process in the new role it was a steep learning curve as I learnt to adapt to new processes software and a remote working environment. With assistance provided by my team manager and a collaborative knowledgeable team I was able to adapt and implement new strategies to meet the requirements of the role. I have steadily progressed and my most recent kpis are testament to that. My June figures.....are as follows. I believe that if my application is successful I will continue to improve my statistics and kpis by focusing on streamlining processes. I enjoy the fast paced work environment and am committed to absorbing myself in the ethos of the prestigious Investigations team.

My role has included:

• Documented findings and prepared detailed reports.
• Conducted thorough face-to-face interviews with employers, families, neighbors, friends, and suspects, and documented investigative findings.
• Collected, analyzed and interpreted information, documentation, and physical evidence associated with investigations.
• Collected information pertaining to criminal proceedings and performed investigations to resolve cases.
• Ensured compliance with GICOP with legal regulations during investigations, minimizing risk for litigation or procedural errors.
• Presented claims to claims forum.
• Presented information at professional forums, conferences and associations.
• Statements should emphasize on results.
• Gathered facts from interviews of suspects, witnesses, and complainants.

Internet Sales was my first exposure to the world of insurance. I enjoyed learning about the insurance products and given my customer service background excelled at customer engagement to sell insurance policies. Building rapport with customers was the key to achieving kpis. Our team c2 won the Youi stars team award.....

My responsibilities included:

• Internet sales and cross selling
