- Create detailed audit guides to ensure a systematic validation approach is followed as well as enable other business departments such as HSEQ, Internal Audit and Facilities Maintenance to assist with validation
- Work closely with legal department in the event there are any allegations of breach of licensing requirements
- Continue to mitigate the risks associated through licensing through ongoing reviews of business processes and procedures
- Promote the businesses profile with the various licensing regulators and industry stakeholders
