• Provided workplace support through case management to 250 + employees annually, including 150+ cases per year on work health and safety, work injury and disciplinary cases.
• Educated and advised union members on assessing EAP and mental health supporting resources. Represented union members on negotiating Flexible Working Arrangement and represented union members in communicating with workers compensation claim managers.
• Provided workplace industrial advice to union members across industry on advice hotline on weekly basis in addition to case work.
• Regularly negotiated Deed of Release for union members who ceased employment, prevented industrial matters to escalate to legal proceedings.
• Interpreted SA state government public sector Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and HR manuals, representing state movement employees in communication with HRs and promoting business compliance.

• Delivered face to face presentations regarding Young Women & Covid-19 project, Precarious Work & Gendered Violence project to multiple stakeholders, including politicians, statement government bodies, city councils, other NGOs and small business owners.
• Co-designed community engagement and delivered outreach workshops on workplace rights, including a workplace sexual harassment prevention workshop for audience from Multicultural community.
• Hosted multiple consultation meetings with diverse cohorts of working women, including young workers, regional workers, workers from culturally and diverse background, visa holders and workers who have experienced gendered violence.

• Conducted research and drafted ARAS’s inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan.
• Supported the Aboriginal Elders and Youth Mentoring Camp in Ceduna and facilitated community elder abuse prevention initiatives.
