Alliance Distribution Services is a division of Hachette Australia, daily tasks of this role includes picking, packing, securing, labelling, organising books while:

• Collaborating with other departments for smooth cross-functional operations, enhancing overall company performance.
• Providing support for the successful onboarding of new team members by offering thorough training and mentorship.
• Managing high levels of workload during peak seasons by prioritizing tasks effectively and delegating responsibilities when appropriate, ensuring a consistent level of service provided to customers.
