• Melbourne Yoga Center Project - Team Leader

Led a team of 4 people to design the products and models of Yoga Center for personalized service, which included managing the planning and design process and independently writing a summary report of 2,000 words.

Project Achievements: Developed the skills of drawing flow charts (domain class diagram, use case diagram, system activity diagram, system sequence diagram), completing the code implementation of the software system through Java, writing code comments, development documents and drawing low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes through collecting the user demand.

• ASIC regtech System Project

Completed the project management plan of 50 pages through analyzing the overall process and utilizing the Microsoft project, WBS, Gantt Chart, PESTLE risk type analysis to make a regtech system in the 3-person team.

The main responsibilities were distributing appropriate tasks in compliance with individual expertise, organizing meetings to discuss the problems for exchanging different thoughts on the projects, as well as analyzing the practical outcome to polish the composition of the management plan report.

• IE Project - Business Analyst

Explored and wrote the user story on the basis of understanding the industry and analyzing the competitive projects in the market.

Composed the persona details in compliance with understanding the target users, finding out the key business variables, and classifying the business information.

Write Iteration Analysis & Design Report

Drew the practical low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes by collecting the user demand with creating, operating, and maintaining the business websites to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
