-Personal care to Clients- Assist Clients with daily routines which include oral hygiene, Peg feeding, bladder and bowel management

-Domestic Support- transport clients for medical appointments and social engagements, performing light house keeping duties and laundry duties

- Social support- perform tasks as [er care plan , case management and NDIS plans

-Communication- maintaining effective communication with clients , liaise with clients family, case manager and allied health

- Work place health and safety- ensure safe working practices are always maintained, complying with all systems dn procedures, and for assessment and risks management at work

- Additional responsibility- demonstrate respect for the rights, confidentiality, privacy and dignity of the clients and family

-Prepare and support clients with administration of medication

-Complete medication administration records according to organisation procedures and regulatory requirements

-Handle medication contingencies

-Follow infection prevention and control procedures

-Check individual client medications according to organisation procedures

-Changing dressings, catheter insertion, and intravenous drug administration.
-Providing emergency care to patients.
-Performing medical procedures for example ECG, blood sample collections and IV cannula
-Management of medical conditions for example HTN, Diabetes.

-Supporting patients with personal care – bladder care , bowel care, wound care and pressure area care

-Effective communication- handing over, nursing reports and documentations

- Displaying strong decision making skills in emergency scenarios

-Assessment, planning and implementation of care plans and doctors orders

-Performing nursing nursing procedures-drawing blood, Urinary catheter,cannulation and NG tubes

- Medicine administration,admission of clients and assisting in discharge process

-performing Observations, and implementing standard operating procedures relating to client care

-Being effective in nursing communication, documentations and reporting

-patient educations and supporting their needs
