I am looking to get a role as an education teachers' aide. I enjoy helping children with their education needs, especially kids that struggle learning and kids with special needs. i hope to create a learning environment where kids can find fun in learning. And help give them motivation to succeed in life. i hope to build a trusting and fun relationship with students but also respect one another and follow boundaries that are set. i would also like to build a relationship with students where they feel empowered and I want to make the students feel rewarded for the good things that they do.
