  • I decided to gain work experience at Woolworths and have an ideal idea of how a store is run, and the expectations that were needed to work in a customer service store
  • After my period ended, I was then given feedback and received impressive results, ideally how was happy with the outcome and gained and understood how to be a proper team member and what my expectations are from them.

  • In the fourth month of my role, I was then promoted to the digital team of Australia Post to make outbound calls and emails to customers to help reach a solution for their inquiries and complaints.
