• Delivered enterprise network upgrades and SD-WAN deployments in large-scale retail environments.
• Upgraded switches to Cisco Catalyst 9200 series and deployed Cisco ISR 4331 routers configured through VManage.
• Performed on-site and remote configuration of VLANs, trunk ports, STP, QoS, and port security.
