I have been working in the early childhood sector for 7 years now. I always wanted to make a career in the childcare sector. I have explored a variety of childcare rules during my time at AKG. I started off as an educator in the Toddler room and moved into Early Childhood Teacher, Room Leader of Preschool and Educational Leader position at Vaucluse Cottage. Working with children has been a huge part of my life. It has been both inspiring and rewarding. My aim is to provide a warm, safe, secure and nurturing environment for the children. I believe that every child has the right and unique so I ensure that I respect and focus on blooming their personality, quality and ability.
