I genuinely enjoy helping others, and I feel that is the driving force for my career progression thus far. I feel it’s time for me to take the next step career wise to develop upon my current skill set, to harness my abilities, and develop professionally.
In my current role I’m a customer service representative in the aftermarket development team. My responsibilities include connecting with customers to provide high quality service to assist customers with the best tailored approach for their business requirements regarding servicing and repairs. In order to do this role I’ve developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive positive business outcomes for the customer.
In order to achieve these outcomes I’ve developed strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration. I am able to apply competence in work situations independently without support and have the ability to share knowledge and coach others.
Further to this, I carry out a number of other roles and duties as follows:
· Service scheduling for fleets;
· Liaising with third parties including government agencies and subcontractors;
· Invoicing and warranty claim processing;
· Ability to raise quotations for customers for upcoming servicing and repairs;
· Working in conjunction with the parts department for planning of incoming jobs, but also the ability to pick parts if required (basic parts interpretation knowledge).
I had been studying an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing and some of the units that were covered are listed below:
· Manage budgets and financial plans

· Identify and conduct legal searches
· Read and interpret a legal document and provide advice
· Apply the principals of contract law
· Make decisions in a legal context
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Scanning con notes and entering them into a specialised data base
· Compiling drivers paperwork and analysing the correct amount of pay, including inspecting the truck loads to ensure the correct payment was made
· Liaise with upper management and drivers in regards to staff activity and pay discrepancies
· Work within a team as extra administrative support with warehousing administrative responsibilities and invoicing clients.
· Organised catering for work functions for drivers and onsite staff
Duties/Responsibilities:
· I was responsible for performing temperature checks on cooked chicken product to ensure that they were safe for consumption by the public
· Food quality control monitoring was a large responsibility and I was responsible for testing the product that was produced, and if it was insufficient I would have to discuss changes with the cooking department and discard product
· I was part of the packing team which would freeze the cooked product and then package it. My role was primarily to run the freezers which was largely an autonomous role within the team environment
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide professional advice to vendors/purchasers of the conditions of sale of properties
· I was responsible for analysing market pricing and trends to list properties at their correct place in the market
· I was required to organise and manage the property listing and advertising of the property for sale
· Meeting with buyers to understand their requirements in a property
· Deciding the method of sale, costs and inspection times with the property owner and seller
· Liaise with conveyancers, builders/developers, valuers and external advertising departments
· Interview prospective purchasers
· Drew up real estate contracts and ensured that the contracts were successfully fulfilled
· Organised auctions
· Was responsible for obtaining listings for the agency by advertising and self-promotion methods
