  • Duties include overseeing onboarding, pairing new clients with engagement coordinators and employment counsellors, coordinating client's schedules, liaising with stakeholders, appropriately assisting businesses' in understanding how to support individuals on the NDIS, capturing data of Customised Employment using Excel, and overseeing invoicing of all participants.
  • As Engagement Coordinator I had 8 Clients, which I supported into mainstream employment. 3 of which have successfully transitioned into award wage paying roles.
  • Oversaw the role out of a new multi-function system. I completed this from concept development to delivery.

  • This role required management of onboarding, induction and work trial process for employees on the NDIS, whilst also assisting existing employees.
  • Been able to build rapport with each individual I was supporting was very crucial, as it allowed me to adequately practice person-centred approach
  • This role also entailed outreach work which saw the redesign and update marketing materials, direct the setup of the company booth at the Melbourne Disability expo 2023, and attend both full days to network and promote Ability Works
