I've been working at Penny Lane Island Cafe for two years. In that time i've gained experience in customer service, front of house, food preparation, opening and closing of the business, cash control and as a barista. I have been able to make connections with customers as well as my work colleges which has helped me become a more dedicated team member and has made me more passionate in learning and improving.
