In this role my focus is to deliver the highest level of customer service. I understand and apply NAB's policies with unwavering integrity and am able to handle any conflicts that may arise.
During my time in this role, I have developed my skills across many different divisions within the workplace, taking on duties with both the Front and Back of House team, the Events & Hospitality team, Mail Distribution team as well as the JBWere Wealth Advice team.
Having quickly adapted to taking on this role, I grew comfortable within my capabilities to program the Point of Sale systems, hire and train employees with a high turnover rate as well as maintain customer service of the highest level.
My other responsibilities in this role included, creating the weekly roster, processing payroll and settling outstanding invoices from suppliers.
As my first job, this was quintessential in my personal development and growth. I learnt the fundamentals of social interaction and customer service.
My duties were to answer phone calls, serve drinks, take orders and enter them into the POS system, direct tasks to the wait staff and manage reservations,
