MIAH SEKKER

Whilst working as a Party Member / crew member at timezone, I played many different roles within my workplace. I mainly worked shifts as a cashier, however I also worked several shifts on the venue's floor as a cleaner. My last role in timezone was a party host where many of my skills further developed.

• Greeted customers entering store and responded promptly to customer needs.
• Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels.
• Assisted customers with returns, refunds and resolving transaction issues.
• Worked closely with shift manager to solve problems and handle customer concerns.
• Supervised children's activities, maintaining happiness, safety and well-being.
• Maximized customer service and satisfaction by providing directions to visitors regarding requested locations, events and landmarks.
• Cleaned rides and attractions to reduce spread of germs and bacteria.

• Completed 13 hourly volunteering sessions at local park, bellbird dell weekly
• Identified and removed invasive plants and noxious weeds for garden aesthetics and ecosystem health.
• Continued learning about plants, gardening techniques and best practices to provide the community with accurate and constructive information.
• Performed fall and spring cleanup to clear brush and debris from landscaped areas.
• Prepared soil for planting and sowing.
