Summary

I am a mature person who works well both individually as well as in a team environment. I am honest, responsible, hardworking and take pride in all aspects of my work. I moved with my family from China to New Zealand when I was 1 and am fluent in Cantonese and english. I've recently moved from New Zealand to Australia to further my career and deepen my wealth of knowledge.

Food has always been a great passion of mine and my mother was a contributing factor that has led me to this industry which I'm still learning and loving every day. I was in all the top classes throughout all years of my education so I have a high level of numeracy and literacy skills. I have accumulated experience in both construction and the food industry through my previous courses of study and tenures of work. I've worked many different types of establishments ranging from very fast paced and cramped kitchens to larger and more industrial sized commercial kitchens.
