• Tend to Lawn Mowing, Whipper-Snipping, Hedge Trimming, Landscaping, and Fertilisation of lawns as per Clients needs.
• I have Been Working independently for about 2 years, where I have approximately a dozen clients.
• In addition to this, I have another client who uses my services to clean, Detail and wash Both the Interior and Exterior on a weekly basis, his Custom 50 foot Gamefishing Boat (which has a Flybridge and Tuna Tower), along with some of his Company and personal Motor Vehicles. I have been servicing this client for approximately 1 year.

• Mandalong Country Estate is a business built and run by my family, it is a rural property where I grew up and we have more recently prepared it to be a wedding venue. As such, I have had many opportunities to experience a wide variety of different tasks at various times, as I spend a lot of time working and assisting during some weekends and through school holiday times on a daily basis.
• Some of these tasks involved;
• - Working as part of a team building Retaining Walls, Fencing and Timber Staircases and lying turf to build new lawns. This has given me many opportunities to work with a range of tools, including hand and power tools.
• - Excavation works requiring me to use Equipment such as a 2 tonne Yanmar excavator and a Takehuchi TL130 High Flow (Bobcat) and a 75horsepower tractor, large zero turn mowers (such as Hustler & Toro). I am able to operate these machines unassisted and competently.
• I have on occasion also used (under supervision) a large Sumitomo 21 Tonne Excavator.
• - I have skills and conduct tasks requiring the use of a Forklift (& plan to obtain proper licencing once of age).
• - At times when there are events or functions, I assist with general tasks involved with set up & pack down

• Lawn Mowing, Hedging, Blower-Vaccing, Whipper-Snipping, Metal Edging.
• I assist Rob from Ultimaintenance on weekends on a regular basis.

• I started out Club Reffing for Morisset Strikers and then moved up to a Level 4 Referee for Northern NSW Football in 2021, where I have served as a Professional Soccer Referee throughout the Lake Macquarie region.
• Through this I have gained gained skills and opportunities to deal with:

- Conflict

- Abuse

- Problem solving

and have dealt with all of this in a Professional Manner
