I've been in the plastering trade for 15 years mainly hanging but have done quite abit of domestic metal work and very little trowelling but eager to sharpen my skills, i had my own business before covid for 3 years but due to unreliable workers i seeked a joob outside of plastering where covid drove me back to it, worked for someone else for a year and then decided to have another go where I'm now in the same boat of not being able to find reliable workers.
