• Daily work scheduling: Organize and schedule daily landscaping tasks for the team, ensuring proper resources and equipment are available and that work progresses according to the project plan.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficient in operating mini and full-size excavators.
• Experience reading landscape blueprints and grading plans, Familiarity with soil types and drainage requirements
• Strong awareness of underground utilities and safe digging practices. Understanding of landscaping materials and installation techniques. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain condition.

Concrete Work

Mixing and pouring concrete for foundations, roads, sidewalks, and walls. Setting up formwork (molds for concrete). Finishing concrete surfaces to ensure smoothness and durability.

Plumbing and Drainage Work.

Digging trenches for installing water pipes and sewer lines. Assisting with pipe installation for water supply, sewage, or stormwater drainage systems.

Excavation and Earthworks.

Excavating soil for foundations, trenches, and pits. Shaping and leveling ground to prepare the site for construction (grading).Trenching for utilities like water, gas, or electrical lines.
