I'm a young eager man who's looking to take his next steps in life. I don't have too much work/life experience, however I am always happy to learn about anything I don't know of. I'm a hard worker, critical thinker who can see if a job needs to be done, it'll get done without me being asked too. I follow instructions, I take advice and I listen to people who are teaching me about the job.
While I have been employed at Make Tracks, I've been able to further my career in the automotive accessory industry. This includes understating the installation process of 12V systems, which includes, electrical break controllers, LINX systems, dual battery systems, solar systems and lighting accessories. Also, install bar-work, canopies and custom drawers.
Currently working at Midland Towbars, my main job is fitting and installing different accessories to a variety of cars. Most of my time is spent installing tow bars, wiring them up and testing for faults. Other times, I fit and install bull bars, roo bars, nudge bars, rear bars, rock sliders, roof racks, electric breaks, anderson plugs, 12 pin caravan plugs and spot lights. I also have the responsibility to look after all the tools I use, clean up the workshop and help guide customer on products and advice.
At the start of high school, I decided to do Army Cadets. My time in army cadets was amazing, with being selected to go on numerous promotional courses. When I was a corporal, I nominated myself for an exercise called NATA. After I complete the selection faze (made up of 3 weekend camps with many different activities), I was selected to represent WA Cadets. After 15 of the 85 candidates was selected, we were flown over to Canberra, Majura Base to compete against the best of the other states/territories.
