Michael Engelbrecht

In 2022 I concluded my career as a Police Officer after 15 years of service.

In that time was privileged to be exposed to most facets of Policing.

In that time I managed to be highly effective in taking leadership direction from my superiors but I was also tasked to mentor a number of junior officers. I also believe that a willingness to learn and being a team player opened most opportunities giving to me and I managed to maintain strong relationships with my coworkers and the community. I accepted each challenge provided to me and thoroughly enjoined to achieve the results I did. I was privileged to be incorporated into a number of different units and investigated crimes on people, property, drugs fraud and domestic violence. I accepted and enjoyed each challenge and always enjoyed a being of value to Queensland Police service and the general public.

In my employment in South Africa I had opportunity to be an State General Manger for international company.

I set the bench mark for the company in regards to results and meeting set forecast's and growth.

I was utilized as the companies problem solver and was very effective in analyzing failing business practices and rectifying the problems by either new systems or recruiting new staff members. I seem to have a natural ability for figures and problem solving.

In my activities away from work I have always been drawn to I technical problem solving on motor vehicles and motorcycles and have been involved in setting up vehicles on the National and world stages.

I am a healthy and fit person and I am currently willing and able to relocate anywhere in Australia to pursue a career. My work ethics are as a self-motivated team player, with my knowledgeable life experiences and career options I believe I could be coached into any roll to be of value to the company.
