• Working in the recyclables station gave me a wider view of the industry and a hard work ethic, as it was fast paced
  and dead lines had to be met on an hourly basis. This was a very physical role and helped me gain fitness as well as keeping me active on site. I worked my way up from a hand sorter to being the leading hand for over a year. I felt
  this gave me a positive mindset that I was able to move through the industry whilst achieving higher standards for
  the company and customers.
