Tambar Springs,NSW

Summary

Over the past 25 years I have forged a career within and around the Black Coal industry as a Machine Operator and Supervisor, Security advisor and rehabilitation specialist. I am a competent operator of D4 through to D11 (N,R & T) dozers, excavator 1.5 to 80 tonne, articulated haul trucks both tipping and ejector, highway trucks and Front-end Loaders - Cat 966 through to Komatsu 1200. During this time I have carried out a number of roles from operator to supervisor. The functions included mining rehabilitation, pit services, coal loading and sump cleaning. Safety has always been paramount, both ensuring my own safe working practices as well as those of my colleagues, the pit and the industry generally.

Outside of mining i have had experience in operating other machines including graders, road trains (double and triple off highway) scrapers, tractors of varying shapes and sizes, trenchers and forestry munchers
