  • Scope: Construction of a 21-storey Radisson Blu Hotel/Service Apartments with 250 rooms and a 14-storey office tower (27 offices) with a shared 3-story podium including a car park Automatic stacker (132 cars). The project includes all facilities required for a 4 stars hotel (restaurants, GYM, pool, meeting rooms, party hall, kids play area, operator offices). GFA of the project is 34,845 sq.m.
  • Duties:
  • Review and expand the value engineering list submitted by the main contractor.
  • Evaluated and determined appropriate construction methods, tools, procedures, and measures to minimize running expenses.
  • Prepared progress-related reports and KPIs and presented them to higher management and client representatives.
  • Reviewed and approved all subcontractor work progress, quality and related invoices and payments.
  • Achievements:
  • Successfully established an efficient system without any delays for both the new client and main contractor.

  • Marassi Al Bahrain is a commercial & residential mega project, owned and developed by Eagle Hills Real Estate Investment Company.
  • Scope:
  • The project comprises the following main components:
  • Marassi Galleria Mall: Gross floor area (GFA) of 202,000 m2 and gross lease retail area (GLA) of 116,000 m2 including Cinema, Food court, Hypermarket and Aquarium.
  • Multistorey Carpark: 6,700 parking spaces.
  • Vida Hotel: 157 keys of mixed type rooms and suites adjacent to the waterfront area.
  • Vida Serviced Apartments: an international luxury facility comprising 141 apartments adjacent to the waterfront area.
  • Address Hotel: 122 keys of mixed type rooms and suites adjacent to the waterfront area
  • Address Services Apartments: an international luxury facility comprising 155 apartments adjacent to the waterfront area.
  • Duties:
  • Oversee construction supervision activities conducted by the design consultant and manage the construction project.
  • Participate in value engineering reviews during both the design and construction phases.
  • Collaborate closely with a high-level construction management team to supervise site activities, inspections, and interface with commissioning and startup activities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client, addressing all contract changes and facilitating discussions.

  • Duties:
  • My responsibility is leading a big team of Drafters, Architects & Engineers plus the subcontractors to develop all required coordinated shop drawing following IFC documents and specs.
  • Dealing with all subcontractors for submitting their shop drawings & material submittals after assuring they have considered the projects specification and requirements.
  • Finalize the items which considered as a design & build.
  • Review all tender document and raise all RFIs to the consultant if required.
  • Monitor and control the contractor scope and provide the commercial team with all the information of any variation to raise RFCs.
  • Attending technical and progress meeting with consultant and client.
  • Arrange workshop for any open issue either for the design or site execution work which requires approval and involvement from different parties.
  • Supporting the procurement team to finalize the contracts with the subcontractor and following up with their deliverables.
