Amazing accomplishment I treasure personally. From performing hard labour work to then transitioning into a whole new environment, with the same work ethic; my hard work proved to be very rewarding. It was an honour to win this award as it requires you to handle a continuous volume of calls and emails, maintain work adherence, participate in work projects, meet KPI and productivity levels at a high, but overall excelling as a customer experience agent in the company to the best of your ability.
