  • Integral position within the Reporting & Analytics Team. Responsibilities included the regular generation of diverse XLOne Reports and Dashboards. These tasks ranged from compiling general AP/AR & Supply Chain reports to crafting more intricate reports such as EOY summaries, budgeting, and forecasts.
  • Supervised the Logan City Council (LCC) 12-month restructuring project as the Project Lead Consultant. Managed a comprehensive project spanning a year which encompassed transitioning LCC from their legacy financial system to the latest version offered by T1. This project was divided into 4 distinct mini projects, and I was the only consultant involved in all areas. Additionally, provided ongoing support for an additional 6-month post-project to address residual backlog issues and assist LCC in effectively navigating and optimizing their newly implemented system.
  • Played a supporting role within the CORE Financials team. This entailed reviewing tickets and cases across T1's client base and delivering targeted solutions primarily within the financial module. My responsibilities revolved around resolving issues related to Accounts Payable/Receivable & General Ledger functionalities.
