Crew Manager Control

  • Incident management – Receive and monitor communications from callers and other agencies
  • Assess the needs required and advise operators of actions needed for an appropriate response

Professional Highlights

  • Achieving a 2:1 grading on my degree. I completed this at university part time whilst also working full time.
  • Responsible for the command and control of operational activity during unprecedented and extreme hot weather, overseeing over 200 incidents during a 12-hour period.
  • Serving the community as a Special Constable for West Yorkshire Police. A voluntary role that I contributed to in my spare time.
