I am a dedicated employee who is punctual, practical and who can handle high pressure situations both alone and in a team environment. I know I would make a valuable contribution to you company using the skills and attributes I have gained from my chefs apprenticeship amongst many other skills gained through other work experience, along with my willingness to learn and try new things. I am an extremely passionate catch and release angler with a huge love for fish all other aspects of the ocean hence my sea change to The Sunshine Coast in search of big and better oppurtunities. Although I am trained as a chef, I am happy to try something different to further extend my knowledge and skillset.
