- I am actively seeking a career opportunity in a different direction with options for Work life balance. I have a desire to undertake new challenges and make valuable contribution to the industry. For the last 16 years I have managed M&K excavations from a small family run business then growing it into AusWide drainage and excavation and recently with another division forming AusWide Concrete. I have extensive knowledge of plant and equipment in the earthmoving industry, When our business grew considerably we decided to specialize primarily in drainage whilst still running earthmoving equipment on other projects. From this I have extensive skills in staff management, quoting, design and working closely with clients and sub contractors to achieve a positive outcome for all involved
