Leading a small time of employees and a large team of contractors to deliver the most entertaining events in the industry.

I took three small companies and merged their operations under the one umbrella to boost each of the products. Since then I have lead the expansion to more products finding efficiencies first in the small business but then using modern tools and AI to remove administration and using our people to deliver better in person events.

• Leading the sales team by creating targeted, demographic inspired sales based marketing initiatives to increase the commanding market share.
• To advise and support Franchisee and Licensee in any and all aspects of their business
• Devising and creating the framework to lead the creation, testing and implementation of small to large IT projects to increase efficiency, return on investment and satisfactions of end users, customers and franchisees by utilising the IT and graphic design resources.
• Full budget creation, management and review for three brands and two joint ventures
• Work to raise awareness and funds for our community partners - Save Our Sons, Shane Warne Foundation and EJ Whitten Foundation. Over $400,000 raised within the last four years going to these worthwhile charities.
• Social media engagement and PR Strategy
• Occupational Health and safety system creation, review and management.

• Responsible for the Victorian Business
• Operation of budgets, staff, OH+S, IT requirements, procurement of equipment from China. recruitment

• Assisting a Financial Planner specializing in high net worth clients in lead generation, creating statements of advice, daily communication with clients, planning and running seminars to create new business and value add.
• Working as both a para planner, event manager and adviser this was a great introduction to the corporate and high net worth world.

• From a casual employee at high school to a Store Manager, running two stores at the age of 21, I took advantage of the structured learning, career progression and training that McDonalds is known and praised for.
• After winning a national prize for the implementation and sales of the new 'Healthy Choices' range I decided that I would return to university to study business.
