Accomplishments

    When I commenced employment with Hi-Trans Express I found that the drivers logon to vehicles was at a very poor take-up percentage. With creating effective communications pathways with the drivers, I was able to encourage them to complete the logon process which also included a pre-start inspection of the truck and the trailers for load safety and that the equipment was in a serviceable condition to depart the depots. This was for all of the depots which were located in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Within six months the logon and pre-start inspections was at a 95% completion rate and the percentages fluctuated between 95% and up at the time I decided to resign my position.
