  • As the manager of Admissions, I was responsible for 2 teams of Student Enrolment Advisors whose role it is to convert prospective students from enquiry to enrolment. It is my role to coach them in sales skills and rapport building to ensure the student receives the upmost level of customer service. Each study period I was required to meet enrolment targets at a team level and ensure each team member meets their KPIS and sales targets. Additionally, I was responsible for escalating issues to each university’s Student Services Team and build and maintain positive relationships with them. I would also work closely with our marketing and student retention teams to ensure we are all working closely together to reach the same goals.
