Message: I am writing to thank one of your staff members for his assistance on Saturday night at the MCG. I wasn’t feeling well and had pains in my chest. I was checked out by the first aid team and they recommended I go to the hospital and get checked out. Our car was parked near Victoria street and I was unable to walk that far so the staff suggested my partner get the car and pick me up in Jolimont street. All the roads were closed off so he has difficulty getting to me. There were people in wheelchairs, on crutches and elderly waiting to be collected. One of your staff members, Michael Stoil, reminded calm in all the kaios and attended to each person attempting to assist them with their needs. I was feeling faint, nauseous and unwell so Michael sat me in his truck until I was collected. Customer service isn’t an easy job and more often than not taken for granted. Not this time.
