  • CSBA Project Officer - Assisted the Department in successfully refuting a large financial claim across a variety of alleged Principal caused delays and or impacts to the Project
  • Together with site maintenance personnel attended site after-hours during an emergency infrastructure event and co-ordinated the head contractor's resources to attend and rectify. This allowed the Principal to be informed live of the event and control the narrative of the incident
  • Regional Change Coordinator - Coordinated successfully modular training of approximately 350 staff across two sites in a 4 week project deployment period
  • Coordinated the successful installation of circa $3.5m of infrastructure works for the detention network (wi-fi installation)
  • Successfully went live with the biggest operational project the onshore immigration detention industry had undertaken; within budget and time constraints (ie. all encompassing detainee management system)
  • Project Manager - Operational commissioning lead with successful project outcomes including site-wide procurement, human resource modelling, information technology, facilities and commercial scoping and asset register development.
