In February 2020 I started as a technician in the Cytogenetics department (prenatal team) and continued in this role until June 2023 when I was promoted to a scientist position.
I continued my graduate training at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital laboratory and worked as a multidisciplinary technician from July 2018 to December 2019.
I began my employment with Pathology Queensland in Rockhampton as a medical laboratory technician in the highly-regarded Graduate Program and was trained in haematology, transfusion, biochemistry and microbiology.
