Worked on the adaptation of Spiral Adaptor for Brookfield Viscometer. Test on the performance of this adaptor on sample with different viscosity. Reduced waste by optimising inspection techniques and streamlining the testing process. Analysed statistical data to identify trends in product quality, driving targeted process improvements for increased reliability. Performed root cause analysis and implemented corrective actions. Help to daft a Instrument method for the Operation of Spiral Adapter, and potentially contributed valuable input in optimising manufacturability and quality of the future products.
