I have been at the Village since 2002 when there was 1 villa.

Back then I was a contractor.

The Village was on 42 acres

I maintained 217 villas community centre and large common areas as well managed a staff of 6 groundsman.

In this role I managed

Daily, weekly, monthly job planning for staff.

Weekly meetings with Village Manager and Owner.

WHS Safe work practices with staff and residents.

Organise and schedule work with management and residents for resident service requests

Maintaining gardens, lawns, irrigation, general villa maintenance.

Designing building new gardens installing new irrigation systems and replanting.

A weekly garbage run fortnightly recycling waste run using rear compaction garbage truck

Organising cars, trucks, tractor, excavator maintenance and cleaning schedules.

Maintenance and repairing whipper snippers, mowers, ride on mowers, hedges, blowers and general gardening tools.

Mowing lawns hand and ride on mowers, whipper snipping, hedging plants, repairing damaged irrigation, loading trucks mulch or soil with John Deere tractor, slashing of paddocks with the tractor, digging gardens out and refilled with a Komatsu excavator.

Re Mulch all Village gardens every year.

Maintenance of Villas pressure washing paths, driveways, fences, annual schedule check gas water heater filters, smoke detectors, night lights, door locks

During this period I was a contractor at Elermore Glen Retirement Village.

Where I maintained the grounds, gardens, lawns., irrigation and villas.

I managed the staff of the ground maintenance crew employed by the Village.

Purchased established gardening business which had 45 customers and increased the clientele to over 100 customers. Including 4 Private Hospitals, Real Estate Agencies, Accountant Firms and Elermore Glen Retirement Village as well as many private customers.
