  • Ordering PPE through RSEA/Atom for new starters and existing employees.
  • Book and communicate all flight and accommodation details to all employees. Experience in Alliance Airlines and INX.
  • Provide administration support to 4 Coordinators, Manager and General Manager.
  • Booking in medicals for new starters and keeping current employees up to date with their DAS.
  • Covering reception when required which includes answering phones and greeting Clients/Employees.
  • DIDO to Boddington Gold mine every 3 months to assist in Major Shutdowns. This work consisted of data entry for timesheets ensuring all timesheets matched gate times, ensuring all crew arriving to site completed an instant DAS, ensuring all crew had the correct PPE and site entry was compliant.
