Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of working with CPL, where I developed my skills and experience across multiple roles. Beginning as a Direct Support Worker, I progressed to Senior Support Worker, then House Facilitator, and currently serve as Acting Service Facilitator. Each role has strengthened my leadership, client engagement, and operational management skills, preparing me to excel in a permanent leadership position. As Acting Service Facilitator, I coordinate services and manage a caseload for support at home and SIL arrangements. I build client relationships, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality service delivery. I provide team leadership and staff supervision, offering guidance, mentoring, and performance management. I establish and strengthen relationships with new clients, families, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. I also maintain and revise systems of recording and reporting, coordinate daily operations, oversee staff schedules, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our participants. This role has allowed me to effectively manage teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomes. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to apply for the Service Facilitator position advertised. I believe my dedication, adaptability, and passion for creating an environment that promotes independence and personal growth make me an ideal candidate. I am committed to fostering an atmosphere of respect, empathy, and dignity for all participants, while maintaining a strong focus on individualized care plans and promoting a person-centered approach. I am confident that my skills align perfectly with the requirements of this role.
