I successfully helped manage a small Talent company 'Raw Talent Australia' Unfortunately due to strong impacts by COVID-19 the company did not survive

• I Produced a weekly Podcast which talked about Mental Health within the Entertainment Industry

• Managing the production budget and schedule
• Series development, including fine tuning the creative vision such as the show log line and description
• Episode development
• Securing and briefing Talent, which may include conducting pre-interviews
• Booking and briefing audio post, such as sound studios and engineers
