- Appointed to APPO/Liddell Position in 1991
- PPO General Series at Eraring Training Centre in 1996 successfully completed, and subsequently worked as an Acting PPO until 2006 when I applied for and was appointed as a PPO/LD
- Appointed as Assistant Shift Manager in 2013, after undergoing Shift Manager Training. Worked as Relief Shift Manager for nearly 18 months with all said responsibilities and challenges.
- Between 2003 and 2006, I participated in the Liddell Dual Unit Implementation and Monitoring Committee process as a Foundation and Ongoing Operator Committee Rep.
- In 2004, I was the Liddell Operator Representative with Head office, LD Boilers and some Vales Point Reps into the #4 LD Fabric Filter Failure Committee of Inquiry
