Manage Stakeholder Partnerships

  • Collaborate with Internal RMIT stakeholders including Business Development and Legal, Collage of Vocational Education (COVE) Project Delivery team, in the delivery of Cert IV Disability | Advanced Dip Com Sec Management.
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships with Victorian NDS, DET, DJPR attending project management and governance meetings, presenting progress reports.
  • Develop and implement the Industry Partner Management model, building up to 30+ Disability and Aged Care providers and identifying the unique delivery requirements.

Project Team Management

  • Manage a team consisting of Project Officers and Senior Recruitment Specialists in conjunction with recruitment agency Talentpath in the marketing and recruitment of new workers utilising the Assessment Centre Recruitment model.
