The WIDI Manager, Workplace Partnerships and Training is responsible for the development of industry partnerships that support both DJPR 600 places in Skills in Practice (SkIP) and DET 400 places in Higher Apprenticeship and Traineeships in the Community Services Sector Program (HATSSEP) in partnership with RMIT Collage of Vocational Education (COVE) to deliver an integrated earn & learn workplace traineeship model for both the Disability and Aged Care sectors.

Manage Stakeholder Partnerships

• Collaborate with Internal RMIT stakeholders including Business Development and Legal, Collage of Vocational Education (COVE) Project Delivery team, in the delivery of Cert IV Disability | Advanced Dip Com Sec Management.
• Manage external stakeholder relationships with Victorian NDS, DET, DJPR attending project management and governance meetings, presenting progress reports.
• Develop and implement the Industry Partner Management model, building up to 30+ Disability and Aged Care providers and identifying the unique delivery requirements.

Project Team Management

• Manage a team consisting of Project Officers and Senior Recruitment Specialists in conjunction with recruitment agency Talentpath in the marketing and recruitment of new workers utilising the Assessment Centre Recruitment model.
• Manage NDS Senior Policy and Project Officer P/T, from the Victorian NDS Team and present as guest speaker at monthly NDS Members meeting.

Project/Program Design

• Manage the Senior Workplace Mentoring Advisor and co-develop a program and onboard a team of >20 Workplace Mentors, who provide work integration and education support to new industry workers undertaking traineeships.
• Actively participate as part of a project team to achieve project outcomes including development analysis of the current model to inform a future model.

• Lead the development of workshops and self-paced learning experiences for members globally across multiple learning modes, capability and content areas, to ensure strategic targets relating to quality and commercial sustainability.
• Developed high-quality learning experiences, by managing each learning product and its lifecycle
• Demonstrated knowledge of the external market, implement new products and innovative delivery methods in response to market trends and member learning needs.

• Developed end to end L&D strategies that supported the implementation of "Kronos Workforce Management " across 4 medical facilities in metro and regional SE Queensland with a combined employee base of approx. 4000
  
• Delivered Training Needs Analysis to support the effective design and implementation of blended learning activities.
  
• Managed, designed and developed processes & practices to enhance performance and meet the operational requirements and financial expectations of Uniting Care Health.

• Delivered learning and development management including career transition guidance and counselling on labour market analysis, employability expectations, design and facilitate education and up skilling pathways for employed, unemployed or retrenched professionals.
