  • Majority of my time at TMC, I worked in the Detox / Rehab Unit, managing withdrawals from various substances and alcohol
  • Participated in case conferences to discuss complex cases collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines for better decision-making processes.
  • Coordinated discharge planning activities for successful transition from detox programs into other levels of care or community-based resources.
  • For the last 2 years, I have been working in a Senior Nurse Role our Intake Department where I streamlined the intake process for faster admissions, ensuring prompt access to care.
  • Handled high-stress situations with professionalism and grace, defusing tension and maintaining a calm atmosphere during intake procedures.
  • Conducted comprehensive health assessments to create individualized care plans tailored to each patient''s needs.
