Participated in the BCP in 2009 which involved working from the Parramatta office as the representative of Document Management Team for a few short weeks testing the mailroom and scanning processes, procedures and facilities.
2012-2013 participated in the Cross Training initiative where I trained staff in Mail run and mail out tasks and basic Medical Administration whilst undergoing training for Client Services and provided back up in the Call Centre during busy times and covering staff lunch breaks.
