  • Obtain quotes on request, raise purchase orders and goods receipting; manage the purchasing of stationary, kitchen supplies, catering and other relevant administration/support office requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and visitors, and may include but not limited to management of Petty Cash, MYKI cards, Cabcharge Vouchers, Pool Car including maintenance scheduling and maintaining all related registers or logbooks; provide monthly reporting to ESTA (Support) Facilities Manager. Maintain meeting rooms in a ready state on a daily basis. Reception duties as required, including attending promptly to all phone calls, managing and distribution of mail and deliveries.
  • Manage the provision and storage of uniforms, including fitting, ordering, stock and records maintenance. Coordinate the distribution of headsets and lockers for Operations employees, including records and stock maintenance.Participate in Request for Tender (RFT) Evaluation Teams such as ESTA Headset and Uniform Tendering programs.
  • Health & Safety Representative duties including creating and filing incident reports, attending OH&S meetings and conduct periodic building inspections.
